This is to inform you that we are making some changes to our Stripe integration so that we can become a Stripe-certified partner. This change affects all Stripe users on the DoJiggy.io platform; Golf Pro clients will not be affected and can disregard this message.
This update is scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, at approximately 10 a.m. MST. After we make the change here, we need all organizations using Stripe on the DoJiggy.io platform to log in and relink your Stripe account to your DoJiggy account. You will need the email and password associated with your Stripe account to accomplish this task. This will only take a few minutes, but we cannot do it for you as we do not have access to your Stripe credentials.
Please note that once we make this change, you will not be able to accept any payments on your DoJiggy websites until you have successfully relinked your Stripe account.
This email is for your information only. No action is needed at this time, but organizations with active campaigns should mark their calendars for this Wednesday at 10 a.m. MST to take action. Once we complete the change, we will send another email to confirm that it is time to relink your accounts.
