Custom HTML Support Suspended

Effective June 30, 2015, DoJiggy will no longer support the use of custom HTML on client websites.

We have moved client websites to the new Twitter Bootstrap user interface framework. This framework provides a fully responsive design for all platforms (desktop, tablets and mobile). Some functions are still being ported and we expect to have the full system ported to Twitter Bootstrap soon. By completing these upgrades, we are providing the latest in web technology and best user experience for your constituents.

The decision to stop supporting custom HTML is due to these recent system upgrades. Using non-responsive web design will severely hamper the mobilized design and functionality of your website. We have found some incompatibilities in elements such as error messages and help text that may cause system errors or impair user function when technology other than Bootstrap is employed. With more and more users moving to mobile devices, organizations will find a responsive template important to their online fundraising and we do not want to hamper this through non-responsive custom HTML.

UPDATE Fall 2015:: We are again supporting the use of custom HTML on all sites. However, we require that our designer complete this work, so that only Bootstrap compatible HTML is implemented. Read more on the package here and contact Sales for more information.

New Mobile Technology Released

We released some upgraded mobile technology yesterday, moving our platform to the Twitter Bootstrap user interface framework. This framework proves a fully responsive design for all platforms (desktop, tablets and mobile).

You will see some minor font changes on your websites, due to this upgrade. As well,the menu function has been improved and custom website banners now appear on your mobile website.

Master Services Agreement Updates

We have updated the Master Services Agreement (MSA), section 1. Privacy & Security Disclosure. The following information was added:

Website activity data is analyzed. DoJiggy uses web analytics software, to help us analyze how users use the Service. We use this information solely for the purpose of evaluating general usage of the Service, by compiling reports on website activity and related internet usage. This information may be transferred to trusted third parties, processing this information on our behalf, and who handle that information securely and confidentially, consistent with our privacy and security policies. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of this web activity in the manner and for the purposes set out above. No personal information is cross referenced in these reports and the information reported is aggregate in nature.

New IP for Payment Processing

Due to Friday night’s hardware upgrades, there is an additional IP to register for payment processing. If you use restricted IPs for your payment processing (Chase Paymentech, PayFlow Pro, and Internet Secure clients), your transactions may have failed over the weekend without the addition of this IP.

Please contact your processor to add the new IP number. The new IP is: 207.174.138.130. Do not remove the other IPs from your account – all are required. More information and the complete IP list is here.

Maintenance Scheduled for Friday, January 30th

We have scheduled a routine maintenance window for tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. MST to make some urgent hardware upgrades. The service (including public websites) will not be available for about 30 minutes while we complete these upgrades. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
