11:45 MST: All services have been restored! Downtime was approximately 10-15 minutes. Very sorry for the issue.
We experienced issues on DoJiggy.io for about one hour this morning. Most sites were down during this time. Everything has been stabilized and we are continuing to monitor and review the problem. Very sorry for the issue.
8:35 MST: We are currently experiencing an intermittent Runtime error on DoJiggy.io sites. We are urgently looking into the issue and will update here asap.
10:00 MST: All services have been restored. We are still reviewing the issue, it appears to be an upstream issue in the cloud.
There is no impact on DoJiggy.com sites.
8/26/2020: Our email servers are currently down. No system generated emails are being sent for registrations or donations at this time. We are reviewing the issue urgently and hope to bring them back online by the end of the day.
8/28/2020 10:00 am: We are still working with our cloud service provider on the email service issue. We are hopeful that the issue will be resolved in the next couple of hours.
8/29/2020: Email service has been restored. All autogenerated emails are being sent for donations, registrations, and all activities on the system.
If you need to send an email confirmation to a constituent, you ca do that from Reports -> Orders. Click on the order in question and hit the Email Receipt… button at the top of the order. You can review the email and hit Send.
This issue was caused by an inadvertent action made by a client on the email system. As such, we made some changes and implemented limitations to the email platform:

1:30 – We are aware that all fundraising sites are currently experiencing very slow loading times and some are receiving 502, 503, or 504 errors. We are working urgently on the issue and will update here asap.
2:15 – All services are currently restored. Sites are responding in a timely manner. We are still reviewing the issues and see some sites with registration errors.
