We received errors that public sites started going down around 12:30 MST today. We have found some issues with the reg servers, and they have been restored. We have now replaced all instances, and the platform is stable with no issues.
Please note that as of January 15, 2018, DoJiggy will no longer support the following internet payment gateways:
- PayPal Website Payments Pro
- PayPal Payflow Pro
We will continue to support PayPal Website Payments Standard. You can review our list of supported providers here.

4:00 MST: All services have been restored at this time. We are still investigating, but see no issues at this time.

1:50 pm MST: We have restored most services at this time, except for image upload and rendering. Images may not load on the public websites and new images cannot be uploaded via the admin area. Amazon Web Services continues to have an issue effecting us, when full service is restored we will upate again here. Very sorry for the issue.
11:45 MST am update: Amazon Web Services now reports that they have identified an issue with their cloud storage service S3. This issue is impacting our services, which are dependent on S3. They are working on the issue and we will post updates here. https://status.aws.amazon.com/
Administration areas have also been effected now and are currently unavailable. Very sorry for the issue. We are urgently considering options to restore service.
